TRAffic, una nuova galleria d’arte ad Urbania, in un posto bellissimo nel centro storico: nello splendido Palazzo del Governatore, di fronte alla Chiesa dei Morti con le sue simpatiche mummie, da non perdere. Sul retro il paesaggio più bello della città: sul fiume Metauro, con il Palazzo Ducale e i suoi bei torrioni… un luogo magico, carico di storia, ed ora teatro di mostre d’arte contemporanea!
Le opere esposte dialogano con le antiche volte, passato e presente contigui, tradizione e sperimentazione; un contesto culturale molto vivace ed interessante per creare un punto di riferimento per chi si interessa d'arte nella nostra regione; per affrontare temi diversi e promuovere iniziative di contatto e di scambio culturale.

“Traffic” is the name given to the new art gallery in the Palazzo del Governatore (Governer’s Palace) in the heart of the old town of Urbania. Opposite the entrance of the Palazzo is the famous Chiesa dei Morti (church of the dead), which conserves ancient “mummies” visited by thousands of tourists and specialists every year. At the rear of the Palazzo, one can see the Duke,s Palace with it,s imposing walls and towers, beneath these walls the river Metauro flows, meandering it’s way down to the coast. A spectacular site, a wealth of history and now the place of contemporary art exhibitions.

The works on display dialogue with ancient times, past and present go side by side, tradition and new experiments become lively cultural contexts creating a focal point for anyone interested in art in this region.
